I think Senna said Fullerton was the best driver he'd raced against. (In karting). As far as I am aware, he actually thought Jim Clark to be the greatest driver ever.

Yeah Fullerton was the top driver in Karting, but decided not to go Formula 1 because his brother had died racing and he didnt want to put his family through the grief if he did too.

I agree I do not know what people want maybe a dancing clown Hamilton speaks eloquently enough he can be slightly angry or very happy is that not personality ?.
I have no problem with great sports people not having too much personality look at Michael Johnson or Ronnie Osullivan or Jessica Ennis the last thing I think of is personality and for me Lewis Hamilton has more personality than most he is just what he is he cannot be a clown all he knows is racing.
